Upon receipt of offer, there will be a minimum 3-day or more waiting period. If there will be no other offer,
your offer will be processed for approval but if the bank received an offer from other buyers, the bank will schedule a sealed bidding.
The bank will award the property who submitted the best offer.
To expedite our offer for approval please provide the following documents above to secure approval the soonest.
